The service was very good. The staff provided direction and assistance on places to go and see. The monring staff was vey good with the check-out process. We did not eat at the resturant due to our schedule. I have NO comment on it.

The location was great, with easy access to transportation and nearby shops and restaurants. the hotel staff were friendly and tried their best to be helpful. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with really comfortable beds. I also appreciated the competitive pricing of the hotel, making it a good value for the money.

One thing that bothered me was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear noise from outside, like dogs barking and birds chirping, as well as water running from other showers.

The hotel is located far from the center, but there are a number of shopping centers around the green and fresh. Also in the hotel had problems with Wi fi because of what we do not want us to have missed the bus and infomratsiyu who rides in the salt cathedral. Good free internet access in the reception area. Very clean bathroom and bedroom. Excellent breakfast.

One lightbulb missing in the room (promptly replaced). Staff always on the lookout for tips. Rather casual service in the cafe area (but excellent in the breakfast area).

Nice,new hotel with excellent meeting facilities and friendly staff. The rooms are rather small but the meeting facilities compensate that.

Rather far from the center if you are for holidays and wish to know Bogota.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel with great value. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel also provided excellent tour facilitation, with an executive car and driver at a reasonable cost. Plus, it was just a short cab ride to a plaza with many restaurants and a retail mall. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a truly pleasant stay at a hotel in Bogota. The staff were warm and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The reception people were particularly great at providing excellent service. One standout moment was when I finished my meal at breakfast and wanted to take a glass of orange juice with me to my room. The staff member at the breakfast room tried to charge me extra, but the hotel staff intervened and made sure I didn't have to pay. It was a small gesture, but it showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel also had modern rooms, which was a nice change compared to other hotels I stayed at during my trip. The Italian restaurant in the lobby was a pleasant surprise and offered delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location.
